Hot Springs

Why take any hot baths?

They help with relaxing the body from muscle use, improve blood circulation, etc., but the main benefit to get from them, is the melting of crystallized vegetable/seed oils ("PUFAs"), that plague our body with congestion, especially in our lymphatic system (whose role is to clean our body, and is unable to perform it) and arteries (second cause of death).

The Primal Diet™ can do a lot of things, as some foods such as saturated fats, solvents, and bacteria can help displace these "plastic" oils, but it can't get rid of lymphatic congestion fast enough. The quantity of it is too overwhelming.


Hot baths, however, can do it very efficiently.

It takes 45min at a minimum of 101°F (38.5°C), to start melting the crystallized vegetable oils.


High intensity sports doesn't go above 101°F even among athletes.

Saunas don't apply continuous heat that is necessary and hurt the membranes, eyes, etc.

So hot baths are the only known (and harmless) way to do it.


The lymphatic system is responsible for cleaning the body.

It uses fat to dissolve toxins and expels them through the skin where 90% of toxins are supposed to leave in general.

All those "hoovers" (lymph nodes and glands) that clean the body get clogged by those hydrogenated vegetable oils and waste keeps piling up and can't leave. This also makes the body go through diseases such as flus and colds to expel the toxins through other means, but much less efficiently, and comfortably.

When margarine and such products were introduced, people started going 4 times a year to the doctor when they barely were seeing him/her once a year prior to that.


Aajonus' protocol calls for taking a bath everyday for 1h30 (45min only cleaning the daily waste put under the skin, 45 other of melting congestion) or at least every 4-5 days.

He had a client who did it for a year, only missing 4 days, at the maximum temperature the instructions call for (110°F/43.3°C, beyond that you start cooking your skin).

This person got twice as much energy and started a stem cell company at 70 years old.

That is because the lymphatic system is also supposed to carry nutrients.

But as it is jammed, the blood has to do it instead, which interferes with its role of transporting oxygen to body tissues (muscle, organs, etc.).

Therefore a very significant loss of energy occurs as well.


So freeing the lymphatic system is a priority for those looking to permanently increase their health.

Once it is done, the body will function much better and detox at a faster rate with less symptoms.

Then, why go to hot springs when you can do baths from home?


The issue is hot baths are tedious.

1. You need to add salt, milk and vinegar to neutralize the toxins from treated water,

2. To reheat the water midway,

3. To cool your head or staying in can be unbearable (many toxic metals in the brain, where LOCAL heat above 42°C could free them and cause vaporization of neurons),

4. To keep yourself busy.

5. You are stuck in a small bathtub indoors.

6. It costs money.


With hot springs:

1. You don't add anything, as long as you can get in the source untreated and without pollution coming into it. The minerals in the source will directly bind to toxins coming out of your body too, and actually pull them out faster.

2. No need to reheat. You can change the temperature up and down at any time because it is a continuous stream.

3. If you are outside, and in winter especially, the air cools your head. Some hot springs even have the river running right next to them (for cold/hot therapy, and pumping cold water on your head while you remain immersed in the hot water pool - this is the best feeling in the world, extreme luxury!).

4. You are outside, enjoy the scenery, be with other people and avoid boredom for the many hours, or sleep in them.

5. You can swim in it, change positions.

6. So it isn't so expensive in comparison. You can even camp on the site.

7. The natural setting features many negative ions rushing from the springs and around, which have been shown to be beneficial for health.
8. This goes along with "grounding". Perfect to balance EMF damage!


MORE IMPORTANTLY

There is so much time gained from this, because instead of losing 45min everyday to get the congestion to start melting, you only do it once.

By doing 1h30 everyday in a bathtub, you only have half the time of melting congestion.

But by doing 5h straight, which is much more feasible in a hot spring, you get 4h15; much more efficient.

Bathing in hot springs will make you feel immediately better. Most people have reported more energy and a feeling of peacefulness, even bliss, at the same time, a sensation of "lightness" in your body, as if every pore of your body breathed better, muscles activating painlessly, improved digestion, freed up airways for better breathing, better and reduced need for sleep, and other benefits.

You will notice waxy lymphatic waste coming out of the pores of your skin, plastic beads and even oil if you stay long enough.
